Working with clients to produce intimate meetings for small groups, banquets for up to 1,600 guests, expos for thousands and conferences occupying the entire building

Knowledge of all facilities, building policies and safety procedures

Coordinating with several departments throughout the building: sales, catering, setup, custodial

Ordering and managing event equipment, AV and staff orders. Coordination with external companies, including decorators and AV.

Often balancing several concurrent events in the building and providing onsite support on event days
